Supply Chain Specialist

We are looking for an experienced, analytical and detail-oriented colleague and team player, who will be a part of a new team in Centre of Excellence Supply Chain department. The position is based in Prague, Czech Republic OR in Bratislava in Slovakia.

Your main role will be to oversee the tasks from the Supply Chain Team, providing feedback to ensure high quality deliverables. You will report to Centre of Excellence Supply Chain Manager.

Your main responsibilities will be to:

- Support 2 (or more) countries – Czech and Slovak Republic
- Ensure the correctness of logistic processes
- Update the documentation and certificates required by law and audit management
- Take charge of product orders and communication with the Production sites
- Ensure correct planning of supply and demand imbalances
- Plan delivery timetables and overseeing arrival of shipments
- Perform contract management, cost / rebate management and controlling
- manage inventory levels, perform and oversee warehouse counts, sample management
- Oversee & manage the distribution projects, donation management, emergency orders, product withdrawals from distribution chain and customer complaints
