Pharmaceutical Affairs Executive - Europe/SK

Pharmazet Alliance Group is global pharmaceutical consultancy specializing in regulatory affairs, pharmacovigilance, product development, quality assurance, logistic and marketing of drug products, medical devices and food supplements. We have our presence within EU, US and India. We continue to steadily grow and are looking to add to our team! We are currently seeking a full-time Pharmaceutical Affairs Executive to join our team in Bratislava. This is suitable even for fresh graduates or for someone who already have some experience in Pharmaceutical industry and would like to try more areas within the industry to understand which way to go in a professional future – as a Pharmaceutical Affairs Executive you will have opportunity to explore various areas of regulatory affairs and pharmacovigilance.

JOB DUTIES

• Support in regulatory approvals and registration processes within EU

• Creation, proof reading and management of labelling

•Acting as local SK expert on local reg legislation and liaison with SK SUKL

• Population of xEVMPD database as EU coordinator

• Reporting of product safety information and management of local ICSRs and MI

• Management of control documentation as per regulatory affairs requirement and also as per GVP in place with monthly compliance report

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

• Relevant Degree on Secondary Level (University Degree – pharmacy, chemistry or relevant scientific specialisation)

• Strong communication and organization skills

• Analytical thinking, self-reliance

• Detail-oriented, reliable, thorough team player

• Willingness to learn new things

• Knowledge of English at communicative level (speaking, writing)

• PC knowledge (MS Office)

• Driving License B
