Job description, responsibilities and duties
For our Pfizer office in Slovakia we are looking for a Reporting specialist - Junior position.
Responsibilities
• E-pay control - check all e-pay transactions for withholding tax and cost center accuracy
• Preparation and processing of Critical Business Payments, obtaining its approval
• Preparation of reports of private car usage within and above km norms
• Preparation of expense reports journals for contracted employees
• PO and e-pays approvals
• Withholding tax agenda:
• Prepare monthly cash benefits calculations, payments and reporting to Tax authorities
• Prepare annual in-kind benefits reporting to HCP,HCO and to the Tax authorities
• Tax accounts reconciliations
• Weekly review of payment proposals for Withholding tax accuracy
• Possible rotation of tasks among team
• Employee travel agenda
• Drive for continuous process improvements in the department
• Preparation of financial statements and reports for senior management
• Close cooperation with Corporate Finance Manager

• At least 1-2 years of relevant financial reporting, tax experience and/or accounting experience

• Must have good communication and writing skills to interact with various departments and with external reporting authorities
• PC skills required: excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, extensive use of Microsoft Office in general
• At least 1-2 years of relevant financial reporting, tax experience and/or accounting experience
