Quality Assurance Manager Location Bratislava, Slovakia

This is what you can look forward to:

The key role of the Quality Assurance Manager is to establish and maintain an appropriate and sustainable Quality Management System and Quality Culture within Pfizer Slovakia to ensure compliance with Pfizer and Regulatory Authority expectations.

This position reports directly to the SCQ Senior Manager/Team Lead Pfizer located in Hungary. The key stakeholders of this position include the departments Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Commercial Operations and Medical Affairs.

As Quality Assurance Manager you will:
• maintain the quality systems and culture and aim for its continuous improvement
• ensure quality oversight of the contractors in the GDP/GMP area
• investigation and resolution of product quality issues
• make independent quality decisions
• participate at audits
• act as first point of contact to the Slovakian Board of Health

What you offer:
• Graduate degree in pharmaceutical science or other scientific discipline
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry in a quality assurance role
• Excellent stakeholder and people management skills
• Ability to build fruitful interpersonal relationships based on trust and empathy
• Strong negotiations and effective communication skills
• Fluency (written and verbal) in Slovakian and English, additional language knowledge is an asset
