Job description, responsibilities and duties
For our Pfizer office in Slovakia we are looking for a Country Brand Lead (vaccines portfolio).
Summary:
Own brand strategy for market. Define and Drive Country Specific TA and Brand Strategy, drive product growth and lifecycle management, forecast revenue and opex of assigned brands, ensuring the realization of revenue and profitability targets in country.
Main Responsibilities/Duties:
• Prepare brand plan based on regional strategy and adapt the strategy based on environmental change;
• Analyze the market and brands' performance based on different available data sources
• Accountability for hitting local sales target.
• Collect insights from every available sources and provide local insights and brand feedback
• Tailor brand and execute brand strategies to local market needs, and define local priorities
• Select best-fitting modules from cross-EM content
• Validate brand-specific messages, design training
• Develop or adapt regional professional promotional materials, congress or seminar content
• Be familiar with international best practices from other countries
• Manage local/international agencies for planning disease awareness campaign
• Accountable for the planning, allocating, spending & controlling of budgets
• Launch new brands; plan and execute pre-launch activities and prepare the launch
• Train FF on product positioning and prioritization
• Partner with Medical to educate KOLs on emergent medical research and differentiated product attributes
• Input into sales and forecasting, providing country input into overall European numbers

Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree; master degree specialized in Marketing is desired
• Experience in multiply product's portfolio management is required (direct responsibility for 3-5 brands)
• Preferably at least 3-5 years of marketing experience in OTC or FMCG with brands which had strong TV and other ATL media focus on the communication and PR support
• Preferably at least 3 years working in the Pharma Industry
• Vaccine experience is preferred
• Fluent in English and Slovak
• Marketing , Customer and Competitor Insight
• Marketing Execution
• Strategic and Operational Business/Marketing Planning
• Data analysis, interpretation and communications
• Performance and Program Metrics
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Exceptional collaboration/negotiation (w/Customer Marketing roles in country, FF, SCLs, CM)
• Exceptional prioritization - among/across brands, resource-constrained context
• Vendor management
• Proficiency in the local language as well as English proficiency (written, verbal)
