Job description, responsibilities and duties

Market Access (MA)
To lead Outcome Research projects and Health Technology Assessment for Pfizer Slovakia, coordinate prices externally and internally for Pfizer products, contribute to the achievement of the company strategy and business plan.

- Regular communication with payers following MA strategy for new, in-line products in close coordination with HV/PR D and BU leads
- Define value propositions by stakeholder segment/individual stakeholder (payers, regulators, KOLs, professional associations)
- Identify opportunities to increase access for non-promoted products, indications
- Define critical issues being faced by brands by each stakeholder type and define programs to address these issues
- Successfully managed and coordinate tender activities / agreements where appropriate
- Support the development of quality relationships with agreed new stakeholders and the establishment of solid/trustful relationships in the respective stakeholder areas
- Business cases in cooperation with CBLs and CPLs
- Monitor, analyze and comment legislation changes related to HTA and market access

Stakeholders Insight and Stakeholder Management
- Identify and profile key stakeholders to contribute to strategic and operational planning
- Establish relationships with key opinion leaders and local stakeholders
- Support the development of quality relationships with agreed new stakeholders and the establishment of solid/trustful relationships in the respective stakeholder areas

Cross Functional Working (XFT)
- Active role in cross-functional teams in communication and access strategy preparation and implementation
- Lead regular local training/education for local BU colleagues with respect to healthcare policy & market access in Slovakia and the underlying public culture/expectations
- Contribute to the work of BU teams and collaborate across business to facilitate a cohesive approach to the marketing of all Pfizer products
- Lead identification of stakeholder key issues and opportunities, soliciting input from cross-functional team members.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

Education: University Degree

Preferred Experience and Skills:
- Pharmaceutical industry experience (Market Access, Sales, Marketing) - required
- Experience in healthcare policy & market access in Slovakia - preferred
- Fluent in English : spoken and written

Technical: MS Windows and MS Office user skills

Managerial:
