Job description, responsibilities and duties

This is what you can look forward To:

Throughout the Management Trainee program you will be assigned to different projects and departments.
o You will collaborate with any relevant wider cross-functional team to successfully implement StartCO services in assigned country/country cluster/B.U.
o You will work in partnership with other Pfizer functions such as Business Technology, Legal, Human Resources, Commercial, and Compliance.
o You will support the implementation of regional StratCO projects, and share best practices across the regional/global StratCO community.

• The starting assignment will be in this department you will execute of digital/multichannel strategies and tactics consistent with country needs to drive positive customer and business impact:

o Build and maintain local eMCM “big data” - a database of customer interactions operated by Pfizer Czech
o Create customer acquisition and retention plan that leads to customer loyalty. Plan and execute activities to continually obtain and retain „digital customers“ (ePermissions)
o Continuously optimize acquisition and retention tactics (email, landing pages, 3rd party channels) through a/b testing and data analysis. Coordinate acquisition and retention tactics that go beyond digital (field force, events ect.)
o Define and manage customer profiles, cooperate with HCP Portal Web Master in order to ensure smooth flow of the customer-related data and proper content personalization
o Be an administrator of Pfizer Rep-triggered email (Veeva module)
o Implement and manage mass email platforms / services (TBC)
o Provide analysis / feedback to marketing/sales colleagues and management
o Partners with stakeholders including StartCO, Procurement, BT and other enabling functions.
o Supports MCM Cluster community governance and activities.

University education (Master's degree)

Educational Specialization

o Master degree level in Business Administration, Finance, Communication, Marketing, Economics, or equivalent degree

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1) and Slovak - Proficiency (C2)

Qualifications

o IT & numeric skills (Excel SQL and Access)
o Strong analytical skills, ability to analyze information, ability to synthesize problems and develop innovative solutions and strategies.
o Self-motivated, high level of independent and service oriented working attitude
o Good communication and inter-personal skills
o Able to multi-task and prioritize tasks while reaching alignment with internal business stakeholders on deliverables

o Language skills: fluent in Slovak and English language.


REQUIRED EDUCATION & SKILL SET for Marketing jr

Qualifications

o Master degree in Natural sciences or equivalent degree on the top of Marketing, BA, Finance is an advantage
o We are looking for freshly graduated from university.
