· Keeping double-entry local bookkeeping
· Preparation and responsibility for accounting and statistical reports, financial statements, settlement and tax returns of value added tax
· Accounting for various types of items (bank statements, internal documents, subscription and delivery invoices, etc.)
· Business trips booking / T&E postings
· Assessing the accuracy of invoices from the tax and accounting point of view
· Preparation of regular monthly, quarterly and annual closures and preparation of documents for the Statistical Office, NBS, Intrastat
· Preparation of audit files as well as communication to auditors
· Preparation of report data
· Responsibility for the local internal control system
· Coordination and possible consolidation of financial reports
· Checking of general ledger
· Asset Management (allocation, depreciation according to Slovak and IFRS standards)
· Preparation of vendor invoice repayments
· Creation of Pro-form invoices (exports outside EU)
· Import customs
· Plant controlling
· Capex – requests creating
· Overall deep IFRS and Slovak tax knowledge
· Administratively leading of HR, IT and FIN team, act as a GM (admin side)
