JOB DESCRIPTION & 9 KEY COMPETENCIES:

1. LEADERSHIP and MENTORING an international team of Internal auditors
2. AUDIT PLAN, PROGRESS, KEY FINDINGS & Communication to the Senior management team
3. AUDIT PLANNING & CONTROLL / Ensure that audits are conducted in accordance with the plan and on time
4. TEAM ALLOCATION / Assign team members to specific audits based on their skills & experience
5. RISK ASSESSMENTS / Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential areas of risk within the global organization
6. MANAGEMENT ADVISORY on risk mitigation strategies and improvements to internal controls
7. EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION & COLABORATION between the internal audit team and businesses
8. DUE DILIGENCE PROJECTS / Performing these projects for company’s M&A activities
9. BUSINESS PROCESSES IMPROVEMENT, in compliance with the existing policies
