KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsibility for the product management of the entrusted medical portfolio (Rx original brands)
- Creating and implementing marketing & promotional strategies to support entrusted product portfolio
- Responsibility for the strategic allocation of the promotional budget
- Portfolio optimization and launching of new products
- Responsibility for meeting of sales targets & other KPI's for individual products
- Ensuring smooth professional traning of the Sales team
- Regular participation in local & international medical conferences, congresses and symposia
- Market analysis, continuous identification of opportunities for the development of the product portfolio
- Responsibility for correctness of data in promotional materials
- Close cooperation with Key Opinion Leaders
- Participation in the project management activities on the local & international level
- Regular reporting to Head of Marketing

• Previous relevant experience in Medical Affairs organization in the pharmaceutical industry in the positions of Product Manager, Brand Manager, Marketing Manager, etc.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High sense of responsibility and acquired knowledge and skills/competencies to the degree expected at this job level
