Job description, responsibilities and duties

​As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives. Your role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, overseeing the sales process, and fostering strong relationships with clients. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Identifying new business opportunities by analyzing market trends and competitor activity
  • Monitor sales performance and provide guidance and support to team members to improve their sales techniques and results
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets​
  • Managing the conclusion of business contracts
  • Designing, implementing and evaluating marketing activities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty​
  • Managing shipment of products

    Candidates with education suit the position

    Secondary with school-leaving examination
    University education (Bachelor's degree)
    University education (Master's degree)
    Postgraduate (Doctorate)

    Language skills

    English - Upper intermediate (B2)

    Personality requirements and skills

    • Min. 3 years of experience in technical sales as well as management experience​
    • ​Experience in market and competition analysis, setting up business plans and execution
    • Great communication and presentation skills
    • Advanced knowledge of  English 
    • Willingness to travel ​
