Quality Manager /Tier 1 Automotive/

For our important Client, an international manufacturing company, a member of a strong international automotive group, we are exclusively hiring the position of Quality Manager.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Quality Standards & Strategy Development: Establish and uphold quality standards and specifications & development and implementation of the plant Quality strategy.
2. Quality Department Leadership: Direct leadership, motivation and development of the Quality Dpt. Team consisting of 25 employees.
   
3. Quality Management System (QMS):Maintain and develop the QMS framework to drive continuous improvement.
4. Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on relevant regulations and standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IATF 16946) and ensure compliance across all operations.
5. Customer Quality Management: Monitor feedback and address concerns promptly, maintaining strong relationships with customers.
6. Supplier Quality Management: Collaborate with suppliers to maintain quality of materials and components.
7. Quality Assurance and Control: Oversee processes to ensure products meet quality standards throughout production, conducting inspections and implementing corrective actions.
8. Continuous Improvement & Auditing: Drive ongoing enhancements to processes and products, conducting regular audits to assess compliance.
9. Quality Training: Provide training to foster a culture of quality.
10. Documentation and Reporting: Collection of data, maintain accurate records and prepare reports.
