Main duties and responsibilities:
  • Leading, developing and motivating the commercial team
  • Setting goals and developing plans for business growth
  • Developing and implementing the commercial strategy of the company
  • Establishing and managing long-term relationship with key stakeholders
  • Overseeing the performance of the commercial team
  • Developing and executing marketing strategies
  • Supporting the launch of new products
  • Pursuing new business opportunities
  • Planning and tracking the budget of the entrusted department
  • Monitoring market trends and analyzing threats and opportunities
