This is a role in the team providing delegate management and process support across our global event program.
FROM THE OFFICE you will cooperate with colleagues, fee earners and assistants around the world to support event delivery and help ensure a seamless experience through the event planning and delivery project lifecycle.
Key duties include:
Delegate management:
• Manage the full delegate registration experience, including setting up the registration process, managing enquiries and troubleshooting
• Coordinate travel booked by local travel teams
• Support for the on-the-day event experience
• Provide post-event reporting
Client invitations:
• Support event planners with the creation and editing of invitations and link this through to our CRM system Salesforce
Client webinars:
• Provide set-up and webinar management support, through our webinar platform
• Work with speakers to manage slide decks and materials
• Manage all technical aspects of webinars, including setup and testing
Key responsibilities and deliverables:
• Builds relationships with other members of the global team, fee earners and the global assistant community
• Reports to the Global Events Manager on a regular basis
• Support colleagues to manage the quality and integrity of data in the CRM system
• Analyzing data in the CRM to deliver insightful reports and dashboards for analytic requests and support the function to identify trends
• Contributes to the development and maintenance of processes and working practices
