Take the opportunity to join our growing team as a Creative Document Specialist for an international law firm Freshfields.

As a Creative Document Specialists you will provide support to our legal offices around the world. We are looking for people with an eye for detail and strong technical skills - particularly Microsoft PowerPoint.
The team provides high quality, efficient and comprehensive document editing services to our 3,000 lawyers worldwide.

This position will be performed on the shift bases: 4 days work, 4 days off. The total average hours in the working week is 32 hours only, which allows you to spend more time for your personal activities.

Your main activities will be:
* Create, format and update a wide variety of presentations, training materials, posters and other materials following company branding
* Modify documents from various sources into the firm's marketing visual
* Ensuring that all changes have been recorded and make logical and aesthetic sense
* Assisting internal clients with the technical issues in the creation of presentation materials
