Job description, responsibilities and duties

Take the opportunity to join our new team as a Document Specialist for an international law firm Freshfields.
The team provides high quality, efficient and comprehensive document editing services to our 3,000 lawyers worldwide.

This position will be performed on the shift bases: 4 days work, 4 days off. The total average hours in the working week is 32 hours only, which allows you to spend more time for your personal activities.

Your main activities will be:
* Creating, formatting and updating a wide range of documents, reports and presentations according to company branding
* Transcribing audio recordings
* Changing documents from various sources into the company's marketing visual
* Making sure all changes were recorded and make logical sense
* Assisting internal clients with technical document processing issues
