Job description, responsibilities and duties

Take the opportunity to join our new Finance team as a Accounts Payable Analyst for an international law firm Freshfields.
The team provides high quality, efficient and comprehensive accounting services to our 3,000 lawyers worldwide.

Your key responsibilities will be:
* Ensure all invoices are authorized and processed to company's standards
* Correct coding and posting of invoices and expenses into the Purchase ledger
* Assisting with preparation of payment moves
* Synchronization of supplier and direct debit accounts
* Maintaining existing accounts and creating new supplier accounts
* Other ad-hoc tasks and projects relating to accounts payable processes
* Suggest process improvements
