Your key responsibilities will be:

Responsibility for direct management of entrusted company departments of a Tier 1/Tier 2 automotive plant
Strong leadership, motivating and challenging subordinates
Performance evaluation, continuous employee development
Developing processes to increase productivity and performance
Full P&L and cashflow responsibility
Communication with customers and suppliers, building sustainable relations
Ensuring efficient resources allocation in order to deliver optimal results
Implementation of strategies to achieve the expected short-, medium- and long-term goals
