- Responsibility for HR Administration /labour contract, job descriptions, etc./
- New employee orientation and guidance
- Providing correct payroll inputs, communication with the payroll agency, check correctness of payroll
- HR budgeting and reporting
- Coordination of salary increase process
- Manpower planning
- Responsibility for the recruitment process and scheduling personal interviews
- Onboarding and offboarding process management
- Implementation of new HR projects
- Preparation of assignment for HR tenders
- Preparation of HR guidelines and company policies
- HR database management
