Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Leadership / Direct management of 6 people on HR Department
• Strategic development / Production company with 600 employees & 3 Production plants in Slovakia
• Advising managers on HR issues and supporting the plants in implementing suitable measures
• Focus on talent management & talent acquisition as well as organizational development and human resource marketing to implement corporate goals
• Further development of the guidelines, harmonization of processes and tools for HR tasks across the plants
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
• Managing the recruitment, selection and training process
