Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Managing processes within a Service Shared Center
• Leading, training and motivating accounting team (app. 10 headcounts)
• Managing the General Accounting and Financial reporting functions for certain entities in EU
• Optimizing processes, setting standards and data controlling
• Implementing a system of internal company controls
• Reviewing account reconciliations
• Securing financial reporting is prepared in compliance with all financial policies, IFRS and US GAAP

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

• Min. 5 years of relevant senior professional experience in finance/accounting area, preferably from international company
• Knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP and financial reporting
• Fluent English language knowledge
• Prior experience from Shared Services is not necessary
