Job description, responsibilities and duties

You will be responsibile for the Team leadership, Product category development and additional product services for customers across all of 4 markets (Slovakia, Czechia, Austria and Hungary), including the strong focus on the commercial results.

• Leading team of a Product Managers and Category Assistants, develop all team members for professionalism, knowledge growth and protect team stability
• Create strategic mid-term plan (brands, channels, markets, and partners)
• Build a strong awareness of customer thinking and customer focus within the team
• Yearly negotiation with suppliers: cost prices for commodities, big deals frame conditions and suppliers attending the sales convention
• Responsibility for the strategic purchasing and budget achievement (supplier's back and program), management of no/slow movers products, new suppliers and product listing validation
• Commercial focus, Sales & margin motivation, responsibility for service level of non-catalogue products

Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards

Monthly salary from 2.800 EUR Gross + Bonuses, potential increase according to Candidate's experience

• Must criterium: Previous experience min. 3 years from FMCG or Office Products as a Category Manager or Global Purchasing Manager
• Fluent English language (C1 level)
• Analytical thinking, numerical skills
• MS Office / Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Real Leader, previous leadership experience
