Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Management of Accounting and Controlling department
• Lead and develop team of app. 7 employees
• Preparation of budget and strategic plan
• Responsibility for the financial controlling and the preparation of proposals for optimizing
• Cooperation with auditors, banks, tax authorities and other institutions
• Prepare timely and detailed financial reports
• Ensure adherence to financial laws and guidelines
• Establish a high level of credibility and manage strong working relationships with external parties
