Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Technical support & production performance monitor at Paint shop in Jaguar Land Rover
• Carry out Colors checks, Mottled, Paint Hardness and Adhesion checks of all vehicle models
• Compiling & graphing weekly body Color audits
• Support Paint Application meetings & ongoing application parameter improvements
• Contamination testing of associates & products at Customer request
• Paint Application facility audit for both parameters & functionality
• Close cooperation with supervisors within Paint shop

Our client is an outsourced service provider to paint sections within the automotive industry established in 1992 in UK. His experienced teams provide paint management, logistics and quality control services to the automotive manufacturers to assist them to produce a high quality, cost effective paint finish on their vehicles.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Number of years of experience

Personality requirements and skills

• Minimum 2 years experience in a production facility
• Chemical and paint knowledge to an advanced standard
• Familiar with Automotive Industry
• IT skills with experience of MS Office
• Ability to communicate in English
• Good communication skills
