- plans, organizes and controls all financial activities of the company
- managing business planning, financial reporting processes and financial forecasts
- internal control according local legislation and group standards
- proper support and understanding of tender (hospital) business
- performs monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting in accordance with the rules of the company
- continuously assesses tax risks arising from company operations and submits proposals to minimize tax risks to management
- manages relationship with internal and external auditors
- control the performance indicators according to the targets
- manages Financial department (3 empoyees)
- closely co-operates with other departments and divisions
- strong business partner to all commercial positions
- ensures legal and ethical conduct, corporate compliance, and adherence to company guidelines and procedures
