Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

- propose and execute pricing strategies for all existing and new products in line with HQ decisions and local market situation
- develops and implements access strategy of the company to achieve optimal product price of the medicament and available payment for the medicament (pricing, reference pricing and pharmaco-economic analysis)

Pricing
- to prepare and submit pricing strategies for new products and maintain all existing prices on local market
- to identify local costs for local pharmacoeconomical analysis purposes.
- to contact the experts in the PBSE department.
- to cooperate with external consultants for pharmacoeconomical model set up and data analysis.
- to prepare slides from pricing analysis results for business use.
- Market insight analysis for pharmaceutical market
- to review available treatment cost information on an ongoing basis
- to update knowledge of the local law regulations in area of drug law, reimbursement legislation and pricing regulation
- to take part in trainings, pharmacoeconomical conferences, meetings with presentation of health related outcomes results in order to improve the abilities related to the performed work
- take part in budget preparation in the area of evaluation of external health care environment and future prices evaluation for products

Market Access
- establishes contacts, ensuring communication and cooperation in the field of health economics in the country and internationally and develops and implements strategic pharmaceutical-economic approaches
- has detailed knowledge of the pharmaceutical sector in the local field in terms of regulation, price creation, reimbursement and structure of all participating institutions
- develops and maintains working relationships with health authorities, most influential specialists, key opinion-people and decision-makers
- identifies and selects the optimal combination of distribution channels, programs and materials
- is responsible for initiating and developing of the scientific groundwork for the application of payments
- is responsible for implementation and submission of the applications for the product

Personality requirements and skills

- min. 2 years’ experience in market access and/or pricing
- Market access, Pricing and Drug regulation local legislation knowledge in details
- theoretical and practical proficiency in using pharmacoeconomy models, methods of economics evaluation of health care programs and marketing models
- knowledge of all relevant legislation, guidelines and industry policies is required (no breaches)
- systematic, structured
- able to think and act independently, perform the set task on time
