Čo u nás budete robiť:

Job purpose:
Provide as expert advisor and change initiator to excellent HR support for PepsiCo business in Slovakia. Act as a catalyst for sustained business performance and ensure that HR strategies and plans are translated into concrete actions and tangible results.

The role will have a focus on:
• Building employees engagement by delivering excellent internal communication, change & culture agenda
• Bring right talents in the right time into organization by delivering all recruitments processes based on business needs
• Be a single point of contact for any other HR related staff – act as a HR Generalist for Slovakia’ PepsiCo employees

Main objectives:

Change, Culture and Engagement:
• Contracts with HRM of Change/C&E and HRBPs to deliver Change plans that are relevant to the business.
• Defines key change roles for an initiative and coaches and assesses leaders on their change roles throughout the change
• Deliver, COE Culture and Engagement Initiatives ( Organisation Health Survey , Pulse Surveys, Diversity & Inclusion , Reward &Recognition, etc) and change plans that are relevant to the business
• Support all coordination upon Execution of Internal Communication( Newsletter, Town hall, Announcements, GM Letters, Videos etc)
• Support on new Org changes & Structures
• Support on external networks building (Top Employer, University connections etc)
• Support all CSR Activities that promote employee solidarity, bonding & Employer Branding.

Talent Acquisition:
• Provide staffing support that is aligned to a specific internal functional client team(s), with a goal of filling open roles with qualified internal or external talent for total Slovakia PepsiCo business.
• Ensure timely and effective communications between candidate(s) and hiring team
• Screen, assess, and evaluate internal and external candidates who have applied via online job postings and present qualified candidate slate to Hiring team
• Build & execute Employer Branding activities on the local market

Other:
• Acting as a deputy of the company executive for labour code agenda and relationship with employees relating to employment, signing / verifying employment contracts / warnigs and all changes relating to employement, etc.
Aacting as deputy of the company executive in relationship with government offices relating to employment / Health & safety / work environment /Local community/legal issues / government employment agency contact etc.
• Responsibility for compliance with internal audit processes on SK level
• Planning / administration / tracking / approval of local HR budgets
• Support to managers with On boarding process
• Deliver any other HR Operations staff if needed

Koho hľadáme:

Requirements:
• University degree (BA)
• Language skills: High level of English and very good verbal skills (written and oral) in local language
• Advanced computer skills: Excel, PPT

• Well-developed communication skills, skilful networker, comfortable in cross cultural collaborative communities
• High level of business acumen, strong analytical skills
• Ability to Influence and Impact people without exercising formal power
• Demonstrate personal responsibility for growing and improving our business through high energy and motivation in the role

Experience:
• Proven min of 2 year of experience in Internal Communications/Change/Culture & Engagement
• Able to deliver recruitment processes independently
• Minimum of 4 years experience in HR
• Preferably experience from FMCG, Retail
• Has experience in working in matrix structures
