Lease Specialist

We are looking for a suitable candidate to join our Property team to co-ordinate, review and oversee leases and invoices relating to the leasing of commercial properties. Will you join our Pepcoteam?

Duties and responsibilities:

• Coordinating the preparation of lease agreement and verifying their completeness for the purpose of signing the contract
• Ensuring the implementation of provisions according to the lease agreement in order to properly maintain the continuity of its duration
• Preparation, supervision and management of documents related to the lease in order to ensure the continuity of the contract
• Monitoring of costs associated with lease agreements
• Preparing analysis and reports in order to provide data necessary to control and improve the implementation of the expansion process
• Providing support and reporting to the Expansion manager and Finance manager

Required knowledge, technical & soft skills, abilities:

• English language - advanced
• Hungarian language - advanced
• MS Office - advanced
• Excellent communication skills
• Flexibility, organizational skills
• Knowledge of legal regulations (lease contracts)
• Driving license
