Junior IT Support Specialist for Slovakia and Czech Republic

Fulfils the role of first line support, assisting Store and HO personnel over the phone and ticketing system in solving content-related and IT problems emerging in their daily work activities.
Provides content-related information regarding the functioning of computer hardware and software in Stores and HO, to ensure continued operation.
Solves technical problems reported by Store and HO personnel, to ensure continued operation of computer and till register hardware.
Builds and updates the Knowledge Base, to ensure the section’s effective operation.
Carries out other assignments resulting from the section’s needs.
Performs jobs related to planning his/her work to improve the section’s operation.
