Job description, responsibilities and duties

Duties and tasks

1. Media campaigns
Assists Country Marketing Coordinator in media buying, campaigns adaptations, development & evaluations.
2. Online communication
Ensures that online communication channels (e.g. website, social media, newsletter) are used effectively, drive loyalty and affection of current consumers and attract new ones.
3. Brand PR
Assists Country Marketing Coordinator in development and implementation of brand PR campaigns, in line with brand strategy.
4. Internal communication
Prepares internal communication plan to ensure employees’ knowledge about corporate activities, their understanding and commitment to business goals. Adapts internal magazines/newsletters, Brand Ambassadors programs and develops local initiatives bringing company values to life.
5. Budget management
Day to day management of media and internal communication budgets, supervised by Country Marketing Coordinator.
6. Customer service
Day to day supervision of Customer service team.
