Sales application specialist

Qualifications

Degree in molecular biology or similar discipline, experience with molecular diagnostics is a benefit.
Experience with DNA/RNA sample preparation, (q)PCR, NGS and related instrumentation.
Experience with sales of capital equipment or laboratory experience
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Smooth English (Slovak or Czech language) is a plus

Tasks

Support sales with equipment presentations, provide technical and application support, conduct equipment demos/trainings and general troubleshooting.
Support sales of PentaGen product portfolio in Hungary to meet/exceed budget.
Support sales in optimizing use of installed equipment.
Drive for customer satisfaction and increase competitive advantage by supporting and building trust and relationships.
Use provided CRM tool to log relevant information
Provide ongoing feedback and support forecast of sales
