Your challenges
As an HR Supporter located in Partizánske, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of HR operational processes and reporting for our factory’s employees. You will be supporting managers, human resources business partners and employees in the employee journey in compliance with local guidelines, GDPR, legislation.
Partizánske Building Components-SK s.r.o. plant is located in Malé Bielice, part of Partizánske town, Slovakia and is part of the Wood Window Manufacturing Industry. It is a modern building with nice outside areas. Production plant has 430 employees at this location.

Your primary tasks will involve:
• Driving the day to day operational tasks of the HR department
• Carry out all administrative task, legal documentation and system registration related to Joiners – Movers – Leavers
• Maintenance of master data in systems (Workday and payroll) and ensuring documentation and audit trail in relation to necessary tasks
• Contributing to an overall successful delivery of HR services to customers as a part of the HR Support team
• Collaborate with team members, specialists and colleagues in HR Processes & Tools on process set-up and to achieve insight in COE and HRBP expectations
• Ensuring timely and accurate deliveries, fulfilling business needs
• Being a Go-to person and support employees throughout the employee journey
• Training and Recruitment administration
• Assisting in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)
• Working closely together with HRBPs to understand areas for improvement

Your qualifications
In fulfilling this role, we expect you to have a good understanding of the full employee lifecycle.

Moreover, we expect you to:
• Have experience in working in a similar position for a factory or production environment, preferably in an international organization
• Be good at working with HR systems such as Human (Workday is a plus) and able to quickly apply new methods of working, systems and technologies
• Minimum of 1 year of similar position experience - proven experience in HR area
• Have good communications skills, interpersonal abilities and strong customer service focus
• Have a proactive, collaborative mindset and service-minded attitude
• Be precise, structured and analytical, show attention to detail
• Have proven data management/analysis skills
• Be reliable and able to work both in team and independently
• Be fluent in English
