We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Manager to oversee and optimize the internal operations of our recruitment firm. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth functioning of office administration, payroll coordination, and compliance with Slovak labor laws. The ideal employee will bring strong process management skills, a deep understanding of local employment regulations, and the ability to support cross-departmental functions in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
Office & Operational Management
•Oversee day-to-day administrative operations to ensure efficiency and compliance.
•Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and standards.
•Supervise administrative staff and delegate tasks effectively.
Process Optimization & Compliance
•Monitor internal processes and recommend improvements for enhanced productivity.
•Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory standards, and legal compliance.
•Maintain and update company records, documentation, and filing systems.
•Support internal audits and implement corrective actions as needed.
Coordination & Support
•Act as a liaison between departments, ensuring clear communication and timely execution.
•Provide administrative support to executives and recruitment teams.
•Assist in onboarding new employees and coordinating training logistics.
•Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and handle travel arrangements.
Financial & Resource Management
•Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and procurement.
•Prepare administrative reports and dashboards for senior leadership.
•Coordinate invoicing, payments, and vendor negotiations in collaboration with the finance team.
•Monitor resource allocation to ensure cost-effectiveness.

Education & Experience
•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in office or administrative management, HR services, or a professional services environment.
•Working knowledge of Slovak labor laws, employment regulations, and administrative compliance requirements.
•Experience with payroll processing and coordination, including familiarity with Slovak payroll systems and practices.
•Demonstrated experience in managing teams and optimizing workflows.
•Knowledge of English and Slovak language is mandatory. Knowledge of German language is an advantage.
