Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our recruitment team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business relationships with client companies, understanding their hiring needs, and selling our recruitment services to help them find top talent.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development-
•Identify, prospect, and develop new client relationships within assigned territory or industry verticals
•Conduct cold calls, emails, and networking activities to generate qualified leads
•Research target companies and decision-makers to understand their business needs and challenges
•Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through consistent prospecting activities
Client Relationship Management-
•Present recruitment solutions and services to potential clients through meetings, calls, and proposals
•Understand client hiring requirements, company culture, and specific role specifications
•Negotiate service agreements, fees, and contract terms
•Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify expansion opportunities
Sales Performance-
•Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
•Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
•Track all sales activities and client interactions in CRM system
•Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports to management
Market Intelligence-
•Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market conditions
•Gather feedback from clients and prospects to inform service improvements
•Attend industry events, job fairs, and networking functions to build brand awareness

Education & Experience
•Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
•2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in staffing, recruitment, or professional services
•Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas

•Excellent communication and presentation skills
•Strong relationship-building and networking abilities
•Consultative selling approach with ability to understand client needs
•Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
•Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
•Resilience and persistence in face of rejection
•Professional appearance and demeanor
•Knowledge of English and Slovak language is mandatory. Knowledge of German language is advantage but not a condition.
Industry Knowledge
•Understanding of recruitment and staffing industry practices
•Knowledge of employment law and hiring regulations (preferred)
•Familiarity with various industries and job functions
