Key responsibilities:
• Excellent understanding of client care and high standards
• Gives information about the health club facilities and advises in the gym, providing Personal Trainings advice, handling guest payments
• Proactively addresses guest feedbacks and complaints to ensure they are recovered in a swift, efficient manner
• Maintains safe and customer-friendly environment in the gym and Wellness&Spa facilities

* You have first-aid certificate as well as lifeguard certificate or you are willing to pass them?
* You are happy when your guests AND our colleagues are happy?
* Fitness and well-being are high on your agenda?

Monthly schedule is organized into 12-hour shifts (8-20) or 6-hour shifts (8-14/14-20).
