It’s important that you are ambitious, agile, able to work within a team, build effective relationships with our suppliers to ensure that deliveries are on time and of excellent quality.
Key Responsibilities:
* receiving of all food and non-food deliveries in line with company and Radisson Hoel Group procedures
* evaluating quality, quantity and sanitary condition of delivered products
* registering deliveries in inventory management system (digitally)
* verifying supplier invoices, checking for accuracy in quality descriptions, quantities and prices
* monitoring the movement of products to storage to ensure that most perishable items are removed first
* reviewing all purchase orders on a daily basis in order to plan for all expected deliveries of the day
* maintaining adequate receiving records, keeping track of back orders and partial deliveries
* preparing monthly list of slow moving items
* accomplishing overall monthy inventory close and managing inventory close separately within various hotel departments
