Key Responsibilities:
- manage all operations and employees in the housekeeping department
- supervise daily activities of the housekeeping staff
- be aware of all VIP arrivals and ensures delivery of VIP services as per standard
- monitor guest feedback and implement action when necessary to maximize guest satisfaction
- daily inspection of rooms and all other hotel areas for overall condition and cleanliness
- raise maintenance requests to the technical department and ensure timely execution of works
- analyse own budget and take corrective action to meet targets set in hotel business plan
- maximize staff satisfaction and employee productivity through utilizing leadership skills and motivation
- conduct regular departmental staff meetings and on-the-job skills trainings

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education

Language skills

Slovak - Proficiency (C2) and English - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

Hotel experience and housekeeping supervision/management experience is a MUST.
You have built your skills and expertise in the rooms division or housekeeping department and have held a similar position for a min. of 3 years.
You have good eye for details and you are eager to deliver the best service and best product with the customer expectation in mind. You are flexible and enthusiastic. You have excellent organisational skills. You lead your team to achieve quality results through coaching and by utilizing effective motivation techniques.
You are fluent either in English or German.
