Our Sales Executives are competitive and ambitious to achieve results. They build lasting relationships with their clients to ensure long term mutually beneficial cooperation.
Key responsibilities:
* approach potential clients with the aim of winning new business
* maintain good relationships with existing clients, gaining repeat business wherever possible
* Achieve budgeted goals by executing sales activities within assigned market segment
* Maintain effective correspondence
* Develop data and recommends programs to meet clients’ needs
* Prepare proposals with the Director of Sales and Marketing that are geared to maximize profit while satisfying guest needs
* Conduct on-site client inspections and entertainment weekly
* Conduct market analysis and competition checks to determine guest needs, occupancy potential, desired rates, etc.
* maintain up to date client records in Salesforce
