Job description, responsibilities and duties
The Salesforce Consultant is the primary implementation resource on a Salesforce engagement. He/she works with the project Architect and Developers to understand the overall solution design, and is responsible for defining use cases and requirements, building out the declarative aspects of the solution, and authoring supporting documentation.
WHAT WILL YOU DO
- Propose, implement, and manage the implementation of Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements
- Gather, define, and document business requirements
- Test, documentation and deployment
- Support and maintenance
- Active communication with the customers, business analysts and other service delivery teams in order to perform regular operations tasks as well as solve the application issues.

- Ability to work independently and as a team player
- Willingness to learn the latest market demanded technologies and products within Salesforce platform
- Potential for client facing role, collaborating at a client site
- Outstanding writing, presentation, communication and coordination skills English and business language proficiency
- Specific industry expertise very welcome, but not required
- Skills in SQL, CSV, XML – advanced
- 2+ years experience and understanding of a full software development lifecycle
- 2+ years of experience with Salesforce clouds applications and Salesforce implementing entire project lifecycles. Additional areas of experience may include EBS, SAP or similar enterprise level applications.
- Certifications and training for Salesforce consultants are not required , but are welcome.
