* What makes this job different from all other programmer jobs?
It involves working on prototype projects, on something no man has done before. Each and every task is a new challenge. We head to unknown places and can never be sure whether we’ll manage to find the right way. But once we do, with us you will reach the Silicon Valley.

* What will you be doing?
Writing code, of course. The rest is up to you and to whether you’re a junior or a senior. We believe in small teams, but if you end up with a simple task, it might be completely up to you, the analysis, design, coding and testing. Complex tasks are assigned to teams, of course.

* What do we expect from you?
Independence is a key. We will not spoon-feed you - this is a job for the kind of people who do not like others looking over their shoulder. You might end up in a team with some members at the other end of the world, therefore good communication is a big plus, be it in person, via e-mail, or by phone.

Here is our salary ladder (gross):
SW Developer (junior) 1000 € fix + variable up to 500 €
SW Engineer 1300 € fix + variable up to 700 €
Senior SW Engineer min 1500 € fix + variable up to 1500 €

The salary range is given in gross EUR. The salary is divided into a fixed and variable part (the variable part is paid in full unless the Code of Conduct is broken or work tasks are not performed).
