Why is this job different to all other jobs?

It involves working on prototype projects, in other words, on something that nobody has done before. Each and every task is a challenge. We head to an unknown land do not even know if we will manage to find the way. However, if we do, with us you will experience success on the world-wide level and your results will be presented in The Silicon Valley.

What do you have to know?
Of course, you must be good with Python and have an overview of its standard libraries. Experience with this language is a requirement.
The big difference between us and the other large companies is that we utilize SCRUM, and we will expect you to do the same.
Furthermore, almost all our projects come from abroad, therefore, English is something you cannot live here without. Communication with clients world-wide is a daily routine here.

How will your job look like?
Of course, you will work in Python. The work is distributed based on the difficulty of the task and we believe in small teams. The rest depends on which team you will join and which projects you will work on.

What will you do here?
Of course, you will write code. The rest is up to you and up to the fact if you get a junior or a senior position. The work is distributed based on the difficulty of the task and we believe in small teams. If the task is simple, it is completely up to you. You will do the analysis, design, write the code, and test it. If the task is more complex, the analysis and the solution is done in the team

What you should be interested in:
Our company focuses mainly on networking so it is advantageous if you have general overview of it. SQLalchemy and working with virtualization are also useful for a Pythoner.

What do we expect from you?
Independence is a key. We will not spoon-feed you and this job is more for the kind of people who do not like others looking over their shoulder. While cooperating with the team, you need to communicative. Furthermore, keep in mind that the other members of the team can be on the other side of the world, therefore, you need to be able to communicate not just in person but also through emails and telephone. Clean criminal record is a requirement.

How high can you climb?
If you show knowledge in architecture, you can become an architect if you move to a senior or team leader position in Python. Our seniors are some of the best in the industry and they can teach you a lot.
