Job description, responsibilities and duties

Outfit International A/S is looking for an experienced Sales Representative in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

We seek an ambitious and experienced Sales Representative with an outgoing personality and a personal drive, who would cover a newly created position for the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Your task will be to further develop Outfit International’s sales on our two brands Härkila and Seeland through a trustworthy collaboration with our existing as well as new customers in these two countries. You will become a key player within our Eastern Europe team. You will secure the market position within the Härkila and Seeland segment, have the strategic sales responsibility together with the Area Sales Manager, and will as well be responsible for ensuring growth on the two markets and close collaboration with our customers in the region.

The position refers to our Area Sales Manager and will be part of a close collaboration with our sales & support team at the headquarters in Denmark. The position is based in either Czech Republic or Slovakia.

Personality requirements and skills

We expect you to have professional experience from hunting, retail, sport, or leisure industry, and have natural passion for the subject. You should be structured and have skills in several disciplines within sales, just as you know what it takes to further develop a brand. You should enjoy following what happens on the national and international scene. Having knowledge of the retail in a b2b environment or the hunting industry is a great asset. We expect you to have successfully finished middle-level education (high school), and be holder of a driving license B or higher.

We imagine that you are service-minded and energetic and that you possess strong communication skills, are social and have a friendly, comfortable, and outgoing personality, with natural ability to advise and inspire customers, and create trustworthy relationships. You need to be fluent in English and Czech/Slovak – both in spoken and in written form.

You should enjoy working as a part of a team and be motivated by representing our successful brands and our values, for the purpose of maintaining our strong position on the Czech and Slovak markets.

You should have excellent negotiating skills and be accustomed to committing yourself at a strategic level.
