Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Support our Sales team in the creation of the "Demand Plan" - revising, reviewing, fine-tuning the Demand Plan from and with Sales (Sales is responsible for the Demand Plan) so that a final Demand Plan is created;
- Enable sales to prepare the demand plan using statistical data, customer data and external sources. Collect customer and market insights (including risks and opportunities) from Sales;
- Preparation of reporting, KPIs, dashboard from IBP to build trusted sparring's partner to management for the respective area of responsibility (WEU, IKAM and Europe, later ELAMEA);
- Permanent optimisation and analysis of processes, tool (SAP IBP) and dashboard as well as measure performance (Forecast Accuracy);
- Escalation processing and allocation management for short-term and/or important customer orders or in the event of shortages in direct consultation with Sales, Production and SCM;
- Collaboration in the further development of the tool and the S+OP process in the agile project setup (SCRUM).
