Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Co-ordinate, drive and steer the global sales activities for metal and chemical pre-materials with strong focus on non-lighting applications; driving and increasing sales, profit, and market shares
• Steering of global sales for machine parts and machine projects, engineering services and manufacturing services
• Managing and develop the sales and back-office teams
• Regular reporting of sales KPI, deviations from targets including definition of improvement measures
• Customer negotiations with regards to product specifications, volumes, prices, delivery terms and payment conditions
• Unlocking new market fields with the target to gain sustainable customers for all sales areas
• Ensure the adherence to export control regulations within the field of responsibility

• Good communication and presentation skills
• Good knowledge of German (B2) and English (>= B1)
• Willingness to travel (50-80%)
