We are looking for a new HR specialist to join our HR team.

Talent sourcing & Recruitment, Training & Development

• Management of internal labor market, internal talent pools
• Management of the HR processes of attracting, screening, selecting, and onboarding of new talents
• Work with internal teams and hiring managers to assist with recruitment efforts
• Coordinate selected HR processes like on-boarding, off-boarding and mid-employment changes
• Coordination of development activities employees, with a focus on talent development, internal talent pipeline
• Overview within resources planning; steering of actual labor demand (temporary contracts, maternity leave); flexibility between departments
• Develop recruitment strategies
• Provide recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers and HR professionals with hiring and employment data
• Performance Management Process coordination
• Providing overall HR support to internal customers, manager / team leaders and staff in order to ensure required HR support of both operations- and business processes
• Coordination of HR systems
• Participation of global projects and initiatives
• Preparation and participation at internal audits, crosslocation and certification audits; active management of pending topics

Communication & Employee Events

• Providing overall HR support to internal customers, manager / team leaders and staff in order to ensure required HR support of both operations and business processes
• Participation at college & university cooperation / recruiting programs + Coordination of trainee program

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

• Fluent English language
• Ideally at least 3 years of previous HR experience
• University degree in respective field
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
