Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Export delivery creation according to the requirements from the customer
• Handling of customer orders in SAP system
• Managing customer claims and arrangement of returns
• Communication with customers and providing fresh material availability reports
• Communication with Supply Chain Planners & Sales about availability of material
• Communication with warehouse colleagues and forwarders about existing shipments
