Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Setup rebate approval form
• Release rebate approval form
• Set-up / maintain bonus agreement in SAP
• Monitor validity of bonus agreements in SAP
• Compare turnover between SAP & BW and close gaps
• Adjust accruals
• Calculate bonus settlement amount
• Confirm turnover & bonus and calculation
• Generate credit note
• Approve credit note
• Monitoring of settlement status
• Release rebate approval form
