Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Proactive maintenance of missing supplier related documents in our internal database. Document in assigned responsibility only
• Contacting suppliers based on audit reports and check of missing issues and related clarification
• Maintain internal database/ system ( related to the documents- e.g. Edos, Pumas, C MOS.. and all the others used...)
• Communication with internal customers/colleagues from Procurement community regarding the points above
• Participation on projects related to SM.
• Perform all tasks delegated by direct manager
• Contacting suppliers based on audit reports and check of missing issues and related clarification
