Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking for an experienced accountant with an ambition to become a Team Coordinator or Team Leader, responsible for one of our Book to Report Teams focusing on EMEA Region.
The team is very stable, has currently 11 members and your daily tasks would be to:
• lead and manage services / processes in scope to provide seamless performance and results;
• ensure that relevant processes are translated into specific activities and tasks;
• regularly measure process performance in alignment with the team manager by applying appropriate KPIs;
• identify and mitigate risks to achieving overall objectives;
• manage personnel, task allocation, performance and motivation and limit turnover by fostering a high-performance culture, rewarding the right behaviors, building skills and careers and facilitating a good team and work atmosphere.

• Previous experience in accounting area (preferably in multinational environment);
• Fluent English language;

• Ability to work across various functional areas and to interact with individuals across all levels throughout the organization;
• Experience in managing people is an advantage but not a requirement;
• Strong analytical and critical reasoning skills;
• Proactive approach.
