Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Start, coordinate and monitor the approval process of New Product Requests for new products (ZNP workflow)
• Start, coordinate and monitor the approval process of Change requests (ZCR workflow)
• Start, coordinate and monitor the approval process of R&D documents in SAP
• Maintenance of SAP system (basic code creation, BOM creation, BOM maintenance, SAP product structuring)
• Create Rate stamps (product labels) in CorelDraw
• Update of Product information management database
• Create exports from Product information management database
• Communication with Product Managers, R&D, Production plants
• Upload documents to Media asset database (DAM)
• Ad-hoc tasks from DS Product Marketing
